Peggy has recently joined Prescott Pailet Benefits in the role of Director of Client Services. Peggy is a veteran of the insurance industry with over 30 years of experience! She began her insurance career as a group health claims examiner in 1980. She held positions in client services and management for Southland Life Insurance Company, Central Life and Great West Life over a 15 year period. In 1995, she joined CNA Insurance Company as a Regional Director and was quickly promoted to Vice-President, Group Benefit Sales, where she was responsible for regional sales offices in Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee, Ohio, and New York.
In 1998, Peggy became the Director of Employee Benefits for a multiple-line commercial insurance agency in Fort Worth, Texas. She was responsible for the development and account management of their employee benefits division.

Peggy has been a legislative advocate for employers as it pertains to health plans and benefits. She has testified in legislative committee hearings, Texas Department of Insurance hearings, attended legislative functions in Washington D.C. and Austin, Texas, and continues to be an advocate and resource for our locally elected officials. She has been a maverick in introducing clients to creative, tax code oriented, and consumer- directed plans. Her passion for regulation and legislation affecting employers is evident when speaking to peer groups, insurance companies, trade, and professional organizations.

Peggy and her husband Conway have been married for 27 years, and are the proud parents of son Collin, age 24, and daughter Casey, age 19.
