Kevin Pailet

Senior Vice President

Kevin is a founding partner at Prescott Pailet Benefits LP, and since his entre into the insurance business in 1995, has been recognized as one of the industry’s most accomplished young business entrepreneurs. Kevin founded Pailet Financial Services in 1996, just one year after graduating from The University of Texas. He proceeded to break sales records while building a start-up company. In 2006, he conceptualized a business model that would in essence blend the salesmanship abilities of Dan and Stuart Prescott with the building of a team of highly capable benefit advisors, making the company one that could stand the test of time. In July of 2006, Pailet Financial Services merged with Prescott Benefit Services to become, Prescott Pailet Benefits, LP. A self-starter, and with an extreme dedication to social welfare issues, Pailet is active in numerous organizations supporting social welfare needs all over the world, including Ethiopia, Israel and Cuba where he has traveled to personally assess the need and participate in outreach efforts. In addition to his early success as a top producer, he has won numerous awards for contributions to community, serves on several boards, and is an accomplished speaker and writer.

Dan Prescott

Senior Vice President

Dan is a founding partner of Prescott Pailet Benefits LP. He is one of the industry’s foremost consultants on employee benefits programs and is considered among peers and competitors as an expert in estate planning protection, key executive insurance programs and individual life insurance and disability needs. He has twice become John Hancock’s highest producer in the country. His intuition and progressive thinking have afforded him the ability to create innovative employee benefits programs for hundreds of companies, while also providing valuable service in planning and implementation about key executive and high net worth life insurance programs. His expertise has produced high levels of long-term value, brought the ability to small businesses to offer healthcare benefits, and ultimately saved small to mid-sized companies millions of dollars. At the age of 23, Dan held three jobs. He worked within his father’s insurance firm, was an independent agent with John Hancock and also opened a benefits agency. Since launching his insurance career in 1982, he has retained over 90% of both business and personal clients. As an acclaimed consultant on individual insurance and key executive benefits, Prescott and his team have established relationships with over 600 companies within the business community. He is as accomplished in community service as he is in business, having served on over 30 community and charitable organizations, and most recently as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center Dallas.

Stuart Prescott

Senior Vice President

Stuart is a founding partner of Prescott Pailet Benefits, joined his brother in the insurance business in 1985. Due to regulatory laws at that time, requiring them to purchase or sell the company upon the death of their father in 1986, the brothers purchased Allied Insurance Agency, such that they could themselves practice and provide for their mother. Stuart is a highly regarded interpreter of health care legislation, trends and market changes, and he has been essential to the growth and development of Prescott Pailet Benefits. He has served on the coveted National Advisory Councils for Aetna, Humana, and Assurant, and has contributed to Prescott Pailet’s ‘elite’ status with the insurance giants of the industry, affording their business clients concierge service attention and competitive rates. Stuart began his career with Royal International Optical and then Zales when it was a diversified company, within a division that became an industry leader operating newsstands and gift shops in high profile airports and hotels nationwide. He serves on numerous boards and committees and is a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center.
