The Prescott Pailet Benefits Charitable Fund has been a sponsor throughout the eighteen-year history of the event. Dan Prescott was one of the event establishers back in 1992.

“We were looking for a simple family event that would bring the entire Jewish community together. It is amazing how it has grown into an event that has become recognized on a national and international level,” Prescott said.  “And now, along with my partners, my brother Stuart Prescott and Kevin Pailet, and long time friend Dr. Jeff Whitman, we are able to serve as the first title sponsors.”

The Dallas Kosher Chili Cook-Off will take place at Congregation Tiferet Israel on Sunday, March 18. As the event celebrates its 19^th year, Tiferet Israel will, as it always has, share the proceeds from the event with more than 35 non-profit organizations.

And remember, there will be more to eat than just chili! Non-chili options will be sold and vegetarian teams also compete. There will also be a chili pepper challenge for the bravest Texans!
